The 1P6S sits between the 12.8 V (2P4S) and 25.6 V (1P8S) configurations in the LF280 range, occupying a mid-voltage position well suited to system architectures operating on 18–20 V nominal platforms, or where a shorter module length is required without stepping down to the smaller LF230 cell platform.

Compared to the full-length 1P8S, the 1P6S is 141 mm shorter and 10.6 kg lighter, while retaining the same 250 A continuous discharge capability — making it a compelling choice for high-current, space-critical installations that cannot accommodate the standard module length.
